Zero tolerance intoxicating substance policy

  1. Nash Morgan Luxury Limo has a strict zero tolerance intoxicating substance policy to protect public safety.
  2. Our Drivers are strictly prohibited from using intoxicating substances while providing transportation services.
  3. A voilation from our zero tolerance intoxicating substance policy will result in an immediaTae suspension followed by an internal investigation.
  4. If the internal investigation yields a violation of the zero tolerance policy the driver will be immediately terminated from driving for Nash Morgan Luxury Limo.
